Welcome to New Branding Partner. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We offer branding-related video services including drone shoots, interior walkthroughs, professional editing, voiceovers, and fast delivery. Final delivery formats are suitable for platforms like social media, YouTube, and client presentations.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All shoots must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or direct contact.
• A minimum advance of 50% is required to confirm a booking.
• Full payment is to be made upon delivery of the final video files.
• Payments are non-refundable once a shoot has taken place.

3. Revisions

• One round of minor revisions is included with every project.
• Additional edits may incur extra charges based on complexity.

4. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver the final video within 3 working days from the date of shoot, barring any unforeseen circumstances or client delays.

5. Intellectual Property

• All raw footage and final videos are the intellectual property of New Branding Partner until full payment is received.
• After full payment, clients may use videos for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations under 24 hours before the shoot may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury during on-site shoots unless caused by negligence on our part.
